Alan Saladrigas

Prior to transitioning to private practice, Mr. Saladrigas served as an Assistant State Attorney and Assistant Statewide Prosecutor in Palm Beach County, Florida. As an Assistant Statewide Prosecutor with the Office of the Attorney General, he litigated complex and large-scale organized crime cases. During his tenure as an Assistant State Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit, Mr. Saladrigas tried over 50 jury and non-jury trials, handling cases ranging from attempted first-degree murder to DUI. His dedication and skill earned him a reputation as an aggressive yet fair prosecutor among his colleagues and judges.

Mr. Saladrigas brings a unique and invaluable perspective to his practice, shaped by his diverse professional background. He graduated from Florida International University College of Law while working as a police officer for the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department. This combination of law enforcement and legal experience allows him to understand every aspect of a criminal case — from the initial investigation to trial. His first-hand knowledge of police procedures and strategies enables him to identify weaknesses in law enforcement cases that others in the legal profession might overlook. Mr. Saladrigas takes pride in engaging prosecutors in meaningful dialogue, often achieving favorable resolutions for his clients.

A proud native Floridian, Mr. Saladrigas earned his B.A. from Florida Atlantic University’s Harriet Wilkes Honors College. As the son of Cuban American parents who immigrated to the United States at a young age, he is fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to the South Florida community.
