Mac Kenzie Sacks
Selected as a National Trial Lawyer Top 40 Under 40 for Florida in 2022, Mac Kenzie Sacks is a founder of South Florida Justice, a law firm dedicated to defending clients against criminal charges and fighting for justice. Before establishing her firm, Ms. Sacks gained extensive experience at a prominent local law firm specializing in criminal defense. Prior to that, she served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Palm Beach County Public Defender’s Office, where she honed her skills as a trial attorney.

Ms. Sacks is renowned for her zealous advocacy, meticulous preparation, and aggressive litigation style, earning the respect of the criminal justice community, including prosecutors and judges. She has successfully argued numerous motions to suppress and motions to dismiss, building a reputation as an attorney who is unafraid to fight for her clients in the courtroom. Her experience spans nearly all felony and misdemeanor charges, including drug trafficking, homicide, domestic charges, sex offenses, assault and battery, DUI, and burglary.
