Description
The client was accused of grand theft and organized scheme to defraud, facing serious criminal penalties stemming from allegations by his former employer. Through nearly two years of rigorous litigation, involving extensive financial discovery, multiple depositions, and the retention of a leading forensic accounting expert, it was definitively established that the funds in question constituted earned commission compensation over more than a decade of employment. This extensive defense work proved the case was a civil dispute inappropriately pursued as a criminal matter.
